The B’Attitude therapy is designed around marine mud − extracted from the seabed around the Chausey Islands − which you can wade through on a guided walk across the bay, and which is used for exfoliation and massage. Rich in trace elements, this mud has many fantastic properties: when applied warm, it boosts the body’s mineral levels and treats rheumatism and joint pain.
When applied cold, it treats swelling and circulation problems. The B’Attitude therapy includes 20 treatments carried out over six days, including a “Marine mud and sea salt” exfoliation, algotherapy treatments (2 mud wraps and 3 mud baths) and hydrotherapy treatments (hydromassage bath, jet shower, Vichy shower, marine hydromassage) and even an Essential Sea Facial.
