“Première Ligne” area
Backing onto the main building, this new space enables clients from outside and spa visitors to do aqua gym, aqua cycling and fitness sessions in a 900m2 area on three levels, looking out to sea. The spa has teamed up with the brand Cinq Mondes and boasts a heated 200m2 swimming pool, a jacuzzi, massage benches, a counter-current swimming lane and a phlebology pool. Take a seat in the glass-walled sauna that looks out to sea, or admire the night sky from a pearly white hammock.
In the “Première Ligne” fitness area, you can also try out the Cinq Mondes treatments performed on luxurious Body Nova massage tables in one of four treatment booths, one of which is for couples.
If you want to get rid of your body’s toxins, the spa staff and its naturopath have concocted a detoxification programme using natural products: treatments, targeted lessons and nutritional advice. This package includes 2 Phytomer detoxifying back treatments and 1 Carita Detox facial, 1 hour of private naturopathy and 2 workshops (“How to balance your body to stay healthy” and “How to find a diet to suit you”).
