icoone®: Micro actions, macro changes

  • 25th March 2025
  • Thierry PIOLATTO

Technological innovation at the service of skin, beauty and aesthetic medicine

In the world of aesthetic medicine and beauty, certain technological advances represent a turning point. Thanks to its Roboderm® patent, icoone® is revolutionising skincare treatments, acting upon skin rejuvenation, cellular activation and regeneration.

Scientific innovation at the heart of a product for the conjunctive tissue

icoone® was inspired by the extraordinary research done by Dr Jean-Claude Guimberteau, a plastic surgeon and microsurgery specialist. Thanks to the observations he made in endoscopies on living organisms, he showed that the skin tissue is not just made up of parallel layers, but in reality is continuous living matter made up of billions of three-dimensional micro-vacuoles set in a chaotic, fragmented pattern, each one unique.

This is how Gianfranco Tudico, a skincare expert with over 30 years’ experience in designing medical and aesthetic equipment, developed icoone® and the Roboderm® patent, which has a microstimulating action that ties in perfectly with this vision by acting in an even way on the dermal alveoli. Instead of “suctioning” the skin and causing congestion, icoone® delivers an action that is spread across multiple points, for gentle stimulation that preserves the tissue’s natural architecture and reboots the cells’ physiology.  This approach restores the subtle balance between skin tension and slackness, which is essential to the tissues’ vitality.

A versatile technology for aesthetic surgery and face and body treatments

The icoone® technology puts forward a method that respects the physiology of the conjunctive tissue.

It is particularly suitable for:

  • Skin rejuvenation
  • Boosts elasticity, firmness and improves the skin texture on the face and body.
  • Preparing for surgery and post-surgical recovery
  • Optimises tissue regeneration and reduces complications connected with post-operative inflammation.

Non-invasive anti-aging treatments

Offers a safe and effective alternative to aggressive procedures, by stimulating the skin’s natural ability to renew itself.

Combining lasers and LEDs for an optimised treatment

To enhance its action, icoone® combines this micro stimulation with advanced laser and LED photobiostimulation:

915nm LASER: Deeply penetrates to stimulate lipolysis and cell regeneration, promoting skin firmness and better definition in the facial contours.

650nm LED: Stimulates the fibroblasts to boost collagen production and improve the skin’s elasticity, while promoting healing and reducing inflammation.

A holistic and innovative vision

The strength of icoone® also resides in its alignment with a holistic vision of aesthetics and tissue health. By combining the principles of biomechanics, cell stimulation and an in-depth understanding of the structure of the conjunctive tissue, this technology embodies a new era in skincare. Rather than being satisfied with superficial effects,  icoone® acts deep within the skin to restore the tissues’ harmony and vitality.

The icoone® technology is revolutionising aesthetic surgery and skincare treatments by offering gentle, respectful and efficient stimulation. Backed up by years of research and scientific studies, it offers healthcare professionals and patients an innovative solution for visibly younger-looking, firmer and healthier skin.
