Informational Regeneration

Towards a new philosophy in aesthetic medicine

Dr Linda Fouque

As a dermatologist, I’m convinced we are entering a new era: that of intelligent biostimulation, no longer focused on merely correcting the visible signs of aging, but instead on transmitting targeted information to the cell’s core to reactivate its natural potential. This innovative approach marks a shift towards a regenerative vision of aesthetic medicine.

Today, research goes beyond delaying the effects of time: it aims to support the skin’s essential biological functions by stimulating its intrinsic mechanisms. It is in this context that PLLA-LASYNPRO™, a technology developed by Nordberg Medical, is transforming the way we care for the skin.

Understanding the Mechanisms of Skin Aging

Skin aging results from a complex interplay between intrinsic factors (genetic, hormonal, chronological) and extrinsic factors (UV radiation, pollution, free radicals, oxidative stress). These combined forces damage skin cells and degrade the extracellular matrix (ECM), leading to a loss of volume, density and elasticity. Collagen plays a central structural role in this matrix. As it degrades, the skin becomes less firm, thinner and more prone to wrinkles. Instead of artificially replacing it, the most promising strategy today is to stimulate its endogenous production.

Biostimulation: A Gentle Yet Deep Response

Unlike conventional fillers, which offer immediate but often superficial and short-lived results, PLLA-LASYNPRO™ works gradually and deeply. It triggers targeted fibroblast activation, encouraging the body to produce its own type I and III collagen. Thanks to its spherical microparticle form, this bioregenerator integrates evenly within the dermis, allowing for optimal diffusion and cellular interaction. It is biocompatible, biodegradable and designed to respect the skin’s living structure. The body becomes its own agent of repair.

Biorenewal: Respecting the Skin’s Biological Rhythm

PLLA-LASYNPRO™ represents a new anti-aging model: not one of masking, but of awakening the skin’s inner function. Results emerge gradually over several weeks, improving texture, elasticity and luminosity in a sustainable way. This slow and respectful timeline is essential. Skin does not operate on social media time: it follows biological time, where a full regeneration cycle takes about eight weeks. This approach stands in contrast to invasive, often aggressive techniques like lasers or deep peels.

Biostructuring: Restoring the Skin’s Natural Architecture

As we age, facial volume diminishes, contours fade and the skin becomes thinner. The biostructuring effect of PLLA-LASYNPRO™ helps rebuild the dermal matrix, restoring firmness and definition without altering the natural expressions. This treatment doesn’t freeze the facial features: it revives skin cohesion and vitality. The result is a balanced, natural look: repair without erasing, density without distortion. It’s an aesthetic of authenticity, far removed from the overfilled or “done” look. Aesthetic medicine is entering a new chapter. The goal is no longer to freeze time, but to support the skin’s inherent regenerative ability. Informational biostimulation offers a path toward a more intelligent, natural and resilient beauty.

With PLLA-LASYNPRO™, we’re no longer just correcting the signs of aging, we are reactivating the skin’s fundamental functions, in harmony with its rhythm and identity. This is a living medicine, rooted in patience, balance and biology for skin that doesn’t cheat time, but evolves with confidence.
