Regenerative threads, radiofrequency, ultrasound and lasers: a combined strategy to prevent and correct facial and neck laxity without surgery.
Understanding how tissue ages now allows us to intervene earlier using non-invasive techniques. A preventive, personalised approach built on complementary treatments can optimise firmness in the face, neck, and décolleté before deeper signs of aging appear. Cervicofacial aging is a progressive, multidimensional process. From the age of 30, collagen stores begin to decline, the extracellular matrix weakens, and the skin’s supporting structures lose elasticity. Modern aesthetic medicine no longer focuses solely on correcting visible changes, but instead aims to act earlier to slow their development. At Clinic Lémanic, we offer a proactive, personalised, and multifactorial strategy supported by nearly 30 years of expertise and the most advanced non-invasive technologies.
Regenerative Threads: Strengthen Tissues Before Sagging Sets In
Perfect Lift™ and Haute Couture™ thread lifts are central tools in this therapeutic approach. Inserted with precision, they stimulate collagen production before significant laxity occurs. Their gentle mechanical support helps preserve natural contours, while their regenerative effect progressively improves dermal quality. By maintaining underlying support structures, they help preserve support structures, and delay the loosening of skin, which otherwise may require more invasive correction.
Monopolar Radiofrequency (Thermage®): Long-Term Dermal Densification

Thermage® distinguishes itself via its deep-rooted action on the dermal matrix. By heating existing collagen in a controlled manner, it induces immediate contraction and stimulates the formation of new fibres for several months. This helps maintain optimal skin density and slows the loss of firmness on the treated zone. When well-executed, it is a cornerstone of non-surgical protocols, with results lasting up to 3–4 years.
Ultrasound: Protect Deep Structures
Ultrasound technology also acts on the deepest layers of the skin. By stimulating these foundational structures early on, it strengthens natural anchor points and helps maintain tension in the tissue. It is especially effective in redefining contours for 1–2 years and serves as an excellent complement to other anti-aging treatments when striving to maintain tissular tension.
Fractional Lasers: Improve and Preserve Surface Quality
As a laser centre of excellence, Clinic Lémanic also offers this complementary treatment that addresses the epidermal dimension of aging. Fractional lasers support regular cell renewal, enhance radiance, and fortify the skin’s barrier function — an essential part of long-term maintenance.
A Preventive, Progressive and Personalised Strategy
The effectiveness of a non-surgical approach lies in combining treatments that target different layers of the skin. Depending on age, skin type and level of laxity, a personalised protocol can significantly delay the appearance of aging while maintaining a natural aesthetic. This extends the timeline before any surgical intervention may be needed. With these non-invasive technologies, it is now possible to preserve the contours of the face, neck and décolleté while respecting the natural expression of the features. Moreover, anti-aging care must also address internal balance. At Clinic Lémanic, we integrate these internal and external dimensions to deliver complete, comprehensive care and long-lasting results.
