In an elegant cocoon in the heart of Faubourg Saint-Honoré, experts in medicine, aesthetic surgery and micronutrition pool their expertise to offer comprehensive patient care.
Offering patients a friendly ear, expert care and integrity

“Le Faubourg centre was the dream of a group of experts, created with integrity and, above all, from the heart,” proclaims Sandrine Sebban, aesthetics doctor and micro-cannula pioneer. “I wanted to open a centre where experts could offer holistic care. The ‘in’ part targets the body from the inside, and the ‘out’ part is how they present themselves on the outside. The concept is to provide patients with visible, natural-looking, risk-free results, with expert practitioners using the best technologies, knowledge and products.”
Le Faubourg centre is a place to relax and forget about the stresses of daily life. The reception is friendly and welcoming, and the patients are all treated as unique individuals. Run by specialists, its mission is to help patients to regain their self-confidence thanks to effective treatments and possibly surgery. “We often bring the surgeon and micronutritionist together for a meeting with the patient, to give our opinion in a transparent way.”
A global approach to rejuvenation with a surgical touch

“My speciality is treating self-esteem through aesthetic medicine and surgery,” says plastic and cosmetic surgeon Laurent Halimi. “I have been practising for 30 years and I am one of the pioneers of aesthetic medicine. Injectables have helped surgeons to understand and optimise facial volumetry. They allow us to delay the need for a lift and make surgery gentler. The advantage of the centre is the complementarity of the services and the comprehensive approach to rejuvenation, by combining it with micronutritional and dietary advice. Our role is to evaluate the legitimacy of the patient’s demand, analyse the hang-ups that mar their daily life and resolve them. To treat the figure, our ‘Lipo-Starter’ approach involves supervising the patient’s diet in order to manage their gradual weight loss over the 2 to 3 months during which the swelling is reabsorbed, which allows the skin to reposition itself properly. A successful lipo treatment relies on us removing the right amount of fat, depending on the skin’s elasticity and tonicity. The centre’s philosophy is collegiality, a desire to offer high-quality medicine that respects the patient. Aging is a privilege, and it should be done with style.”
UNIQUE SIGNATURE TREATMENTS AND STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT

“Our equipment includes the latest cutting-edge devices, which enables me to work with a wide range of technologies and take my tailored treatments even further,” explains Dr Liora Journo, aesthetics doctor and expert in Le Faubourg’s exclusive treatments, including the aptly-name “Collagen Bomb”. This unique three-hour treatment created by the centre’s experts combines a (pain-free) focused ultrasound treatment that targets the subcutaneous tissues, followed by radiofrequency microneedling, and rounded off with the topical application of exosomes, which are absorbed deep into the skin. “Being able to guide every patient closely, in an intimate space where patients and doctors feel comfortable, is a privilege. We offer non-invasive protocols that help preserve the firmness and youthfulness of the skin and, in mature patients, to achieve a reverse-aging effect. Our signature Mesolift treatment, which is hugely popular with rejuvenation fans, combines a PRX peel with a mesotherapy session of vitamins, minerals and an ultra-hydrating HA, followed by a deep-tissue massage and a light-therapy session to help the actives to be absorbed as well as possible.”
Micronutrition at the heart of patient care
“Weight loss is the main focus of my work. Peaks in cortisol make us gain weight and block weight loss. I cannot do anything until we have treated the patient’s stress and sleep issues, and weaned them off sugar,” explains micronutritionist Laurence Cohen. Having joined the team to offer guidance and maximise the results of the treatments, using the patient’s blood samples as a guide, she treats weight issues, perimenopause, sleep issues, joint pain and tendinitis with various food supplement complexes and practical nutritional advice. “I also get involved prior to surgery to potentiate healing and boost reconstruction. I work on the dermis and blood circulation with my ‘4,3,2 protocol’ which is made up of specific antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. The collegiate sharing of all the specialities, the professionalism, the high quality of the services and treatments, and the feeling of stepping into a bubble of kindness and expertise all reassure the patients.”
