If nutrition were an exact science, all specialists would be able to agree on just one way to lose weight once and for all! 

As it is, we are subjected to a veritable cacophony of contradicting opinions. If one miracle diet is constantly being replaced with the next, leaving slimmers feeling disillusioned, it is simply because diets make you put on weight, not lose it!

Weight loss as a reward

What if dinner were to become the most important meal of the day again? And what if we could eat a bit of everything?

These are just two of the numerous taboos that Marie-Gabrielle Perrin tackles as she shows us how to achieve nutritional harmony, with a correct acid-base balance and energy boost on the side!

Taking the theory of food biochemistry as a starting point, no foods are considered bad (or essential), it is the way we eat them that is the problem. The MG PEP’S method does not cut out or restrict certain foods, but instead relies on our knowledge of the digestive system.

By respecting a few simple physiological rules, it is easy to get rid of bloating, water retention and toxins that clog up the body and, as a consequence, lose weight quickly and boost your energy levels. And all this by eating a bit of everything!

GETTING IN TOUCH

We promise to listen to and guide all of our clients, whatever their profile, while respecting their personal obligations, habits, tastes and desires.

The first appointment enables us to gather the information we need to draw up a personalised programme. The MG PEP’S consultant will set objectives for you to achieve, taking into account the information provided. There are two possible options: the complete programme, with daily menus designed to meet your body’s requirements and the objectives set; or a course of action that can be easily integrated into a busy lifestyle, with objectives that are to be met more slowly and with fewer constraints.

Though the objectives are often related to weight loss, the consultant has the one and only mission of making your body healthier! However, there will be plenty of rewards: more energy, a more toned figure, balanced blood sugar levels, improved digestion, weight loss and improved wellbeing.

PHASES 1 AND 2: BODY DETOX AND ACHIEVING YOUR OBJECTIVES

During each weekly appointment with the consultant, when she will discuss, adapt and adjust the next stage of your nutritional plan, the daily menus that have been created especially for you are given to you in person. We are just a phone call away at all times, to provide reassurance, anticipate any pitfalls and answer any questions you might have (lack of food, dinner out at a restaurant or with friends, etc.).

PHASE 3: HITTING CRUISING SPEED!

No, any weight lost will not come back! You have achieved the objectives set, so now it is time to consolidate the good habits you have learned. New “cruising” menus will be drawn up for a duration of two weeks, to guide you on your way back to full nutritional independence.

At the end of these three phases, you will learn how to create a balanced diet for yourself by using a range of recipe books, or by signing up to receive personalised recipes.

Recipes found in magazines often contain foods that are not to our taste, which are not always in season and which do not take into account digestion times or food combining.

By using our recipes, the idea and pleasure of cooking will still be there, and the dishes created will be delicious and nutritious, a delight for both your body and your taste buds. Temptations will be easier to manage as they will be satisfied and your body’s needs will be fulfilled.
