Brand-new technology
The ORIGIN medical device is a non-ablative 1550nm laser system, known as a Fractional Erbium Glass laser. This laser creates coagulation micro-wells by photothermolysis, which involves heating a specific target very quickly (the fibroblasts in the dermis, for example), while avoiding heating the dermis. This technique allows the practitioner to perform deep treatments while limiting thermal diffusion.
It leads to biostimulation (stimulation of the skin’s cells) which promotes faster skin recovery and therefore significantly less downtime.
