A new collection of organic products created by Dr Eraud
A meeting between Dr Dominique Eraud and a farmer, Philippe Desbrosses, gave rise to this lovely range of organic products containing pumpkins grown in the Ferme-Conservatoire Saint Marthe in Sologne.
Upon discovering that the men and women who harvested pumpkin seeds had soft hands and superb skin, as though they had bathed in a fountain of youth, the two men joined forces to carry out several studies and found that pumpkins have three times more carotenoids than carrots and have a free radical-fighting and anti-aging effect because of their high levels of vitamins A, C, E, B3, B5, D3, Omega 6, 9 and 3.
