Roz Marine is the latest addition to Brittany’s palette of thalassotherapy establishments and is part of the Forstyle Hotels Collection, which also manages the Pornic Hotel Thalasso & Spa and EMERIA Dinard Hotel Thalasso & Spa. After a full refurbishment, it opened in 2023 with 91 bedrooms and suites with sea views. The thalassotherapy space boasts 18 thalasso treatment rooms, 13 spa treatment rooms, marine and Celtic hydrotherapy features, and sports and relaxation facilities. It also has two restaurants, a lounge bar, a beautiful winter garden and light-filled seminar rooms.
An extraordinary sensory and emotional experience
The surroundings really come to the fore when you arrive at the Roz Marine: magical views of the Sept-Iles archipelago, direct access to the beach, the “Sentier des douaniers” footpath and the pink granite coastline. Two different culinary experiences await, with L’Haliotis serving up simple yet hearty dishes and La Suite showcasing local produce. The enchanting 200m2 winter garden features a harmonious blend of trees, rocks and plants. Finally, the thalasso space and spa boasts the latest-generation equipment: Finnish sauna, massage tables, light therapy baths, affusion showers with ergonomic beds, floating beds for wraps, pressotherapy, jet showers, Aquatizer hydromassage beds, Iyashi Dome and full-body cryotherapy booths. The marine Kneipp path includes two seawater pools, where guests have use of around thirty features such as geysers, cobra curtains, hydromassage jets, walking pools, etc.
New and must-try immersion therapies
Though a selection of new à la carte therapies, or “Immersions”, are available, such as “Horizon Sport”, it is worth trying their classic “Breizh Ocean” treatment, which includes hydrotherapy treatments, seaweed or mud wraps and relaxing massages to boost your energy levels. The 4-day package includes 16 treatments, while the 6-day package includes 24 treatments.
Take advantage of your stay to explore the seaside town of Perros-Guirec and Trestraou beach on the Pink Granite Coast, a natural treasure characterised by its blocks of pink granite that date back over 300 million years and stretch over 25 hectares, as well as the Sept-Iles archipelago, France’s largest bird conservation site (Northern gannet, penguins, etc.).
